President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has arrived to Nizhny Novgorod on a working visit.
In the airport he was welcomed by plenipotentiary representative of the President in PFD Alexander Konovalov, Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region Valery Shantsev, Head of the regional Legislative Assembly Eugeny Lulin, Head of the City Dep. of Home Affairs Victor Bratanov.
In Nizhny Novgorod President Putin is planning to preside on the first in this year Presidium of the RF State Council, dedicated to further development of information and communication technologies.
