Ambassador of Sweden Visits the Swedish Center in Nizhny Novgorod

Thursday, June 1. Within the framework of the Swedish-Russian project "SWEDEN: UPGRADE", Swedish Center in Nizhny Novgorod was visited by Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Sweden in Russia Mr. Johan Molander, and his colleagues from Embassy of Sweden and Swedish Trade Council. Russian side was represented by the Head of Committee for International, External Economic and Regional Relations of Nizhny Novgorod Government Mr. I. N. Konovalov, Rector of Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University Prof. V. P. Kirienko and Director of the Swedish Center Mr. A. N. Zaytsev.

Mr. Molander discussed with management of NSTU the perspectives of Russian-Swedish co-operation in the field of education and science, and after that addressed the students of NSTU Faculty of Economics, Management and Innovations with a speech.

Director of the Swedish Center A. N. Zaytsev recounted the results of cultural and business activities of the Center, which celebrates its fifth anniversary this June. At the end of the meeting Mr. Molander answered the questions of the audience.
