The Savings Bank of the Russian Federation is measured to simplify the procedure of granting credits, as the vice-president of the bank board Dmitry Davidov has informed at a briefing on November, 1st.

As he said, according to the strategy of reforming a lot of changes in the Savings Bank of the Russian Federation will take place till 2013. It is planned to continue reorganization of structural divisions of bank, to create a new product for physical persons, and also to improve technologies of performing the operations.

In particular, fine retail operations are planned to start producing with the help of devices of self-service. Besides the Savings Bank of the Russian Federation plans to use the Toyota production system due to which the bank will become more oriented to clients. "For this purpose it is necessary to change the employees' scope ", - Davidov has added.

Dmitry Davidov has noted that in an existing financial situation in the country the Savings Bank of the Russian Federation is measured to exercise the principles of reasonable conservatism. Within the limits of modernization of the crediting system it is planned to reduce terms of granting credits, however, due to the use of the pilot system tested in Moscow, it will be possible to reveal insolvent and unreliable potential borrowers with a high probability.
