OOO SP DSTU-B was founded on April 7, 1997 with an aim to implement projects focused on de-centralisation of a heat supply system, installation of new, highly effective boiler equipment to reduce the losses of heat energy in heat supply lines by one third. In January 2000 a joint Russian-German venture was set up. The German founders are DHAL (Leipzig).
Operation area: design development, construction, installation and maintenance of heat supply facilities (including modules), installation, maintenance and repair of gas equipment of boiler plants, activities in installation of internal engineer systems, fire alarm systems, automation systems, including gas facilities. It has been planned for August 2001 to start a production of water heating boilers built with the German technologies.
