Created in 1937 the factory is one of the oldest van manufacturer in Russia. Following the privatisation in 1992, the factory was reorganized in a open joint-stock company with 100% of shares held by a 1, 000-strong local personnel.
With 60 years of experience in production and installation of vans on chassis of the domestic made vehicles (GAZ, ZIL, UAZ, KAMAZ, URAL) OAO ZSA is a major maker of isothermal vans, vans for transportation of general goods, bread products, furniture and vans for special transit. The isothermal vans are equipped with refrigerating units made by leading national and foreign companies: Geliymash (Moscow), Nast-ZM (Ukrain), CARRIER (France).
All products are made from environment friendly materials, easy in operation with durability exceeding a life of a mount-vehicle.
OAO ZSA is also involved in production of garden huts, trolleys for handicapped and ice cream carts.
