Open joint-stock company «Arzamas communal mashinebuilding plant» dates back to 1934 and for more than 30 years it has been producing communal machinery for municipal economy, being now the leading enterprise in Russia and CIS.
At present OJSC «Kommash» manufactures almost all kinds of communal special automobiles based on automobile chassis of all Russian and CIS plants:
Vacuum, Pavement-cleaning, Watering, Vacuum-washing, Combined, Rubbish-Carrying, Sand-spreading machines; Mud-suction, Sewer Net Cleaning tankers, and also the machines for balloons with liquefied gas transportation, automobile and tractor road special technical devices.
Manufactured production nomenclature contains more than 40 models and modifications.
