PKO Teploobmennik, an open joint-stock company, over 60 years is a leading enterprise in the aircraft industry of Russia in the area of a development and production of heat equipment practically for all types of modern aircraft of the country.
The enterprise has powerful production facilities and highly qualified staff which allow to solve successfully the tasks at the modern science and technical level. For the development and launching in mass production of sophisticated air and space equipment OAO Teploobmennik was awarded the medal of S. P. Korolev.

Main Types of Activities

The company is a major supplier of aircraft air-conditioning system units: turbo-refrigerators, air-air and nitrogen-fuel heat exchangers, flow and pressure regulators of gas medium. For the pilots of modern high-speed aircraft protection helmets and hermitic helmets are produced. In order to provide normal functioning of aircraft power plants the firm produces air-oil and fuel-oil heat exchangers made from a corrosion-proof steel, aluminium and brass alloys. The items are featured with small size and ability to operate in a wide range of pressures and temperatures of heat-transfer medium. Based on the advanced aircraft technologies the firm manufactures a wide scope of industrial products for the tractor, railway transport and gas producing industries.
OAO Teploobmennik produces and delivers for the major motor works of the country — OAO GAZ, AMO ZiL, OAO KamAZ, VAZ, MAZ, PAZ, Ribinsk engines, Volgograd engine factory, Arzamas machine building plant - various types of heat exchangers and radiators (over 50 models), supercharged air coolers, independent air heaters.
The company launch into production the units for re-commissioning of air-condition systems of railway passenger cars.
For the gas industry there are produced shut-off and regulating valves and heat exchange equipment.
Traditionally the production programme of the company includes a substantial part for consumer goods: gas water heating units, travel gas stoves. The latest development of the company - an air and water heating module designed for an operation in an independent mode (roofed type module) as well as for an application in mini-boiler plants.
