ZAO Tekhnoplast was set up in 1998. The company is involved in production of components for GAZ motor vehicles made of polymer, composite materials and plastics.
Currently ZAO Tekhnoplast is a major supplier of components in its region for motor vehicles produced by OAO GAZ.
The main types of the company products are:
— front bumper panels for GAZel and Sobol motor vehicles;
— bumper panel assemblies for GAZ 31029, GAZ 3110 Volga cars;
— body bumper assemblies for GAZ 3110 Volga cars;
— body door lining for GAZ 3110, GAZ 3102 Volga cars;
— radiator grid for GAZ 4301 motor vehicles;
— control panel for GAZ 4301 motor vehicles.
At the same time ZAO Tekhnoplast is a producer of shock-proof, frost-resistant polypropylene compositions - Valen 15-15 TU 2243-001-48323356-99 based on Kaplen polypropylene and its analogues TU 2211-015-00203521-95.
Body bumper assemblies for GAZ 3110 Volga cars are produced with high quality enamel coating in colour shades of OAO GAZ.
Paint coating is carried out on a foreign-made painting line with a use of modern paints and lacquers.
Bumper moulding is carried out with thermopastification machines made in Japan and Germany. Door lining is produced on an Italian-made shaping line.
The company has idle production facilities for production of components similar to body door lining, back shelves, etc, made from wood-filled polypropylene sheets in a volume of 100 000 pcs a year and for production of Valen 15-15 composition.
All products have quality and hygiene certificates.
