Vector-NGTU Scientific and Industrial Enterprise was founded in 1990.

The main activities:

• development of information, searching, reference and other databases on the base of «client-server» technology, document-processing automatic systems;
• teaching modern computer technologies to clients;
• development of computer-aided design systems and systems for integral circuits production;
• web-systems creation and integration of e-commerce systems, design, marketing, advertising, support of Internet-projects.

Due to the cooperation with Volgo-Vyatsky Branch of Russian State University of Innovation Technologies and Entrepreneurship INNOV.RU studio was set up as a result of the joint actions. The most popular product of the studio — Internet-portal Nizhny Novgorod Business On-line (www.innov.ru);
it is designed to provide information support of Nizhny Novgorod producers, to promote their products and services in the foreign and domestic markets, to develop small and medium-size business, to attract in-vestments into the region, to develop innovation entrepreneurship. The portal is visited over 1,000,000 times in a month.
