Nizhny Novgorod Fuel and Energy Company (NTEK), founded by the decree of the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region in 1998, is one of the largest companies of the fuel and energy industry, and is connected to Gasprom JSC. NTEK JSC is engaged in the supply of natural gas and thermal energy to the consumers of Nizhny Novgorod region.
Since 2000 NTEK is a representative of Mezhregiongas JSC, a Gasprom’s subsidiary, and is responsible for the supply of gas to RF regions.

The main activities:

— supply of natural and liquefied gas to consumers of Nizhny Novgorod region as per contracts concluded;
— production and distribution of thermal energy to consumers of Nizhny Novgorod region as per contracts concluded.

NTEK group of companies includes subsidiaries:

— Nizhegorodteplogas JSC. The company was set up within the framework of «Thermal Energy» program of Mezhregiongas JSC to transmit thermal energy and to maintain thermal energy plants belonging to NTEK or rented by it in Nizhny Novgorod region. The main activities of the company: design, construction and repair, utilization and maintenance of boiler-houses, including automated boilers, thermal networks, equipment of thermal energy plants;

— NizhegorodEnergoGasRaschet. The main activity of the company is to charge and collect money for the natural gas sold to the population. Personal accounts are serviced by 41 subscriber centers in Nizhny Novgorod region and 4 subscriber centers in the city of Nizhny Novgorod (4, Bruevich st., 14, Vatutin st., 38, Aksakov st., 12b, Chaadaev st.).

- RegionGasZashcita Ltd. The main activities of the company are: protection of life and health of people; protection of property; consulting clients on questions of legal protection against infringements;
securing law and order during events with participation of many people; assistance to law enforcement bodies in securing law and order and protection of property as per contracts concluded.

— Gasservice Ltd. offers the following services:
distribution of liquefied hydrocarbon in gas-cylinders of 5, 27 and 50 liters and in tank-trucks; refuelling of gas-cylinder cars with liquefied gas; storing liquefied gas; re-equipment of automobiles for gas fuel; examination and repair gas-cylinders and vessels; maintenance of gas-fuel cars.
Now NTEK, together with the subsidiaries, still expands the range of services provided to consumers of Nizhny Novgorod region.
