NIED was founded in 1992. The Institute is a collective consultant of the Administration of the Plenipotentiary Representative of RF President in the Volga Federal Territory. NIED participates in the development and management of regional, inter-regional, federal and international programs and projects in various branches of economy.

The main activities:

— develpment of business projects;
— financial auditing and consulting;
— property assessment;
— development and analysis of investment projects (business plans);
— financial analysis;
— educational activities (training arbitration managers, attestation of auditors and professional accountants, of finacial managers, marketing specialists).
