Tekhnoplast CJSC was founded in 1998 for the purpose of implementing production programs of GAZ JSC to manufacture large-dimension truck body components of polymere composite materials.

Tekhnoplast CJSC supplies car-makers with car components and spares.

GAZ JSC (Nizhny Novgorod):

— front and rear bumpers for GAZ-31105, 3110 and 31029 cars;
— front bumpers for GAZ-3302 trucks and their modifications;
— instrument panels for GAZ-3308 trucks and their modifications;
— doors upholstery for GAZ-31105 cars.

The above components may be also used by carassembly plants and in the components market.

GM-AutoVAZ (Tolliatti):

— door upholstery components for «Chevrolet- Niva» VAZ-2123 car.
Tekhnoplast CJSC produces various brands of composite polymere materials with different properties, including shock-proof and frost-proof composite polypropylene material «Valen» TУ 2243-001-48323356—99 manufactured with the use of domestically made polypropylene.

Sets of buffers for «Volga» GAZ-31105 cars are covered with high-quality enamels within the color range of GAZ cars. The painting of the products is effected with the use of imported facilities and stateof- the-art enamels and lacquers.

Tekhnoplast CJSC will execute orders with high quality and within the agreed dates: for moulding components from thermoplastic materials and for production of car interior components on the base of «Polydrev» material, finished with various decorative interior materials.
