ZAO Arzamaspishekonzetrat is created following re-organisation of the Arzamas vegetable drying factory. Currently the company is involved in production, commercial and farming activities. It has a chain of stores and kiosks. The company has its own pig breeding farm. 100 ha of land are used for production of farming products: onions, carrots, fennel, potatoes for subsequent processing and sales.

The company incorporates the following production shops:

• vegetable drying shop for onions, carrots and greens.
• production shop for a range dry kissel cubes;
• production shop for corn sticks;
• production shop of loose food concentrates for the 1st and 2d meal courses;
• cattle slaughter shop;
• meat processing shop ( production line of dry beef minced meat and sausage production line );
• pasta production line;
• potato crisps production line.

Currently the number of the company personnel amounts to 190 employees.
