NPF Doveriye is set up in October 1997 (government registration certificate No. 169 of 24.10.97) Licence issued by the NPF Inspection with the RF Labour and Population Social Protection Ministry No. 318 of 16.10.1998.

The fund founders are:

• OAO Nizhegorodsvyazinform - 30%;
• AOOT Nizhny Novgorod Butter and Fat Factory - 30 %;
• TOO Raduga-Poisk - 10 %;
• ZAO Nizjegorodskaya Sotovaya Svyaz - 10 %;
• ZAO Telephonstroi - 10 %;
• TOO Volga TV Company - 5 %;
• OAO Nizhfarm - 2.5 %;
• ZAO AIK Nizhegorodpromstroibank - 2.5 %.

NPF Doveriye offers all types of services in the area of non-government pension provision for individuals and organisations:

• the fund offers saving and solidarity pension schemes taking into account specific requirements of firms and individuals;
• it develops special pension programmes for firms;
• it provides consulting in all issues of non-government pension provision.

To-day NPF Doveriye is a perspective, rapid developing social and finance institution. The modern tele-communications facilities, advanced computing equipment and Win Vista software complex allow the fund to collect and process promptly current information, to carry out calculations and to produce analytical forecasting of future developments.
