The factory was build by the Italian technology and since 1972 it is a table producer of high quality formula feed and fodder premix for all types of farming cattle, poultry and fish. The company is rated among the top five major factories in Russia.
The factory products are well known not only in the Nizhny Novgorod province but in many regions of Russia.
Starting from 1972 the Ilyonogorsk formula feed factory is continuously developing. The introduction of new processing and enrichment facilities and equipment was in step with the company growth so that they always meet modern technology requirements. The central control panels and instrumentation allow to provide continuos control of all technology procedures and to manage the stocks of raw materials and finished products. All required technology parameters are always, as we say, within an easy reach.
The production of formula feeds and fodder premixes is fully automated. The weight dosing enables to produce high quality formulas. The finished feeds and premixes are packed in sacks by packing machines. The production process is continuously under close quality control. The factory lab is equipped with modern facilities. The feed formulas and over 60 quality indicators are calculated by a computer.
The formula feeds and fodder premix can be shipped in bulk and delivered by railway cars design for corn transportation or in standard weight sacks as per customer's instructions. In addition to loose feeds, the factory produces granule feeds of any size of granules.
