The firm's history is rooted back in 1939, it is a major enterprise for processing of raw mica and manufacturing of products used in electrotechnical, metallurgical, chemical and other industries for industrial and technology purposes as well as for household use.

The products based on mica containing materials are widely used in electrothermics as electric heaters which replaced metal heating elements:

• electric heaters and pin heating elements for thermosoftening equipment, extruders of home and foreign production;
• tube mica electric heaters for household and industrial equipment;
• flat electric heaters based on thermo-resistant micanite (electric stoves, electric radiators, electric heating chambers, moUld heating).

The above products displayed excellent working performances in extreme conditions thanks to their design developed and calcUlated for reliable and continuous operation. In 1989 the developments on electric heaters were awarded with the USSR Council of Ministers premium and are protected by patents. The ground micas used for production of electrodes, rubber articles, paints and compositions enjoy a very high demand. Production of thermo-resistant micanite and its products: gaskets, washers, tubes, rings, bushings are indispensable in electrotechnical industry as heat-resistant and electric insUlator possessing a high electric strength (10 KV/mm).

1996 saw a start of production of chuck type electric heaters, electric heaters for water boilers installed in passenger railway cars, electric air heaters installed in suburb trains, household heaters.

Production of consumer goods (household electric heaters, etc).
