ZAO Spezpromstroi was re-organised from Industrial complex of production firms No. 12 Spezgidrostroi.

The firm has production buildings for manufacture of assembles reinforced concrete with output capacity of 20 000 sq. m. per year, a concrete mixing units of 48 000 sq. m. per year, an asphalt-concrete plant, workshops for production reinforcement frames and metalwork, a division of oxygen generation. The industrial base of ZAO Spezpromstroi includes a mooring at the bank of the Volga river to handle inert construction materials, a terminal for handling cement delivered by the river located near the city purification installations and a base at the Kudma river for handling, storage, shipping of inert construction materials and cement for the customers. The company has a lot of experience in the area of production of non-standard ferro-concrete for reinforcement of river banks, purification installations, hydro-technical objects, industrial and civil engineering, bridge reinforced concrete structures, reinforced concrete elements of assembly-monolith non-crossed frame.
