Fortuna, an open joint-stock company, resulted from privatisation of City Dairy Plant №2. The company holds the control package of the shares.

The basic company operation-milk processing. ОAO Fortuna produces a range of dairies, butter and spread and soft cheeses, in total about 27 different names:

• different types of milk in film packs;
• curds, pressed cottage cheese, cottage cheese cakes and tarts;
• sour cream packed in 200g glass and 450g plastic jars;
• country and chocolate butter in 90g foil packs;
• Raduga curds whey drink;
• smoked cheese of 30% and 50% of fat content;
• Sosisotchny cheese spread;
• soft cheeses packed in 100g folio packs: Druzhba, Kislomolotchny, Gollandsky, Orbita;
• soft cheeses in 100g plastic jars: Yantar, Shokoladny;
• Pikantnaya cheese paste in 100g plastic jars;
• fat solid cheeses: Poshekhonsky and Gollandsky.
