Adgeziv, a research and production firm, is set up in 1991 following reorganization of the Science and Research Institute of Chemistry with the Lobatchevsky State University. The firm is involved in development and production of chemicals and glue compounds.

The latest company development is a versatile glue compound, Strong. It is designed for polarity and non-polarity materials: polytetraflourethylene (teflone), polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvynilchloride, polystyrole, polymethylemetacrylate (organic glass), steel, glass, aluminium, ceramics, wood, etc., which can be glued in various combinations. The hardening time is 20-30 hours under a room temperature. The glued joints shear strength is 80-100 kg/cm2.

The glue does not require a prior processing of a surface and can replace welding when applied with polymers. The glue allows to create new compound materials with assigned parameters of physical and mechanical properties. This outstanding development received a number of patents.

Now the company chemists are focused on further improvements of the glue compounds. New versions of compounds are being developed including electric current conductive glues and glues with various color combinations.
