The Main Types of Products
The basic company operation—milk processing. AOOT Fortuna produces a range of dairies, butter and spread and soft cheeses, in total about 27 different names:
— different types of milk in film packs;
— curds, pressed cottage cheese, cottage cheese cakes and tarts;
— sour cream packed in 200g glass and 450g plastic jars;
— country and chocolate butter in 90g foil packs;
— Raduga curds whey drink;
— smoked cheese of 30% and 50% of fat content;
— Sosisotchny cheese spread;
— soft cheeses packed in 100g folio packs: Druzhba, Kislomolotchny, Gollandsky, Orbita;
— soft cheeses in 100g plastic jars: Yantar, Shokoladny;
— Pikantnaya cheese paste in 100g plastic jars;
— fat solid cheeses: Poshekhonsky and Gollandsky.
