AO NiTek is set up after reorganisation of a state-owned transport enterprise — GPOGA ¹1 created in 1965 and Sobi Ltd with a total number of employees — 363.

The enterprise carries out freight forwarding mainly of food products and liquid food stuffs (milk, oils, alcohol) since the bulk of the company vehicle fleet is GAZ and ZIL vans and KAMAZ tankers.

The enterprise has also long-distance vehicles —heavy duty KAMAZ-5410 and KAMAZ-5312 trucks with trailers.

AO NiTecl facilities allow to carry out repairs of KAMAZ, GAZ, ZIL engines, regular maintenance and technical service of the vehicles. The repair shops produce vans for ZIL, GAZ, GAZel, carry out crankshaft grinding. The enterprise has storage and parking space to let.

The company has its own recreation centre—Duobrava, located in Zelyony Gorod for weekend relaxation, ski-trips and sauna. The canteen can be used for general meetings, public activities, anniversary celebrations, wedding parties. (The canteen can accommodate 100 people).
