Oblbitservice a Nizhny Novgorod state-owned production enterprise, was created in 1991. The Oblbitservice founder is the State Property Control Committee of Nizhny Novgorod Province. Oblbitservice holds the Association of the Labour Collectives of Businesses and Businessmen of the Individual Every Day Service, comprising 1, 200 businesses and businessmen of Nizhny Novgorod province. The Association acts as a delegate and defends their interests before the legislative and the executive authorities, renders assistance with advice, information and in legal issues, cooperates in development of working conditions for professional and production effectiveness growth.

The Main Areas of Operation
— fashion modelling, design and production of lady's and man's clothes to an individual at a dressmaker's;
— services of the only state-run pawnshop in Nizhny Novgorod;
