TLO ROSSiYA was set up in 1989. Upon privatisation in 1992, it has been reorganised in TOO Torgovo-Lizingovoye objedineniye ROSSiA. The control stake in the authorized capital belongs to Nizhegorodpromstroybank.

— exports.

The main objective of operation is setting up and development of foreign economic links in trade as well as in investment activities. TOO TLO ROSSiYA is one of the founding members of Rossleasing, a Russian leasing companies association. TOO TLO ROSSiYA has a licence for a trade with pharmaceuticals and for leasing export-import transactions.
