Sovremennik has a state licence and 4 years of experience in this industry. Among the company customers are private businesses and state-owned organisations: TNP-NTER (500sq.m of office finishing); AO PROVIANT (ROCOPTPRODTORG — a newly built 1 000 sq.m. office building); Fire Brigade Administration, Sovyet district administration building in Nizhny Novgorod and others.

Sovremennik is a diploma winner at international exhibitions: Architecture and Construction, Your Office held at Nizhny Novgorod Fair.

The company success was contributed by a joint venture created with BODENSEHER GmbH, a Austrian firm, which provides Sovremennik with top quality finishing materials and designs.

Now Sovremennil is carrying out an order received from The Administration of Sovyet district to complete the construction and finishing of Social Security centre and an orphanage.

The company jointly with its Austrian partner are negotiating the contract with AO GAZ for exterior and interior redesign of the main office building.
