Large construction panel plant ¹3 was created in 1994 with a total output of 280 000 m2 of lodging space of type 121 blocks of flats per year. In December 1993 the plant was restructured in STROYINVEST Open Joint-Stock Company. AO STROYINVEST in addition to the plant comprises 5 building and installation administrations located in Dzerzhinsk, Balakhna, Bor, Kstovo, Arzamas and the management headquarters with a design department. The basic scope of housing construction is carried out in towns of Nizhny Novgorod province.

The plant includes 3 moulding shops:
Shop 1 produces exterior wall panels for socle, course and roof floors, roof slabs and ventilation blocks.
Shop 2: various specific pieces ( stair flights, landings, loggia and balcony slabs, loggia screens, entrance panels, steps, etc) and foundation bed-blocks, curb stones.
Shop 8: partition panels, overlap slabs, sanitation blocks, elevator pits, rubbish disposal tubes, roof access huts.
The plant has also a number of auxiliary shops.
Shop 5: repair and maintenance.
Shop 7: transport and materials.
Shop 10: construction repair.
Shop 11: complete stock provision.
Shop 13: power supply.

The plant brought in the technology of production of ferroconcrete piles up to 12m length, heating line slabs and trays, fence elements, 4-6m garages, one- and two-floor cottages. At the moment the plant developing the technology of foam-concrete element production. The technology development of ferroconcrete element production for type KUB2.5 buildings is at the final stages.
