Sety NN TV station started its operation on the local air in 1994. The TV station is telecasting for Nizhny Novgorod and its province. It occupies channel 12 in a meter band. Sety NN means a daily air filled with CNN and NTV world and show business news, it means the best home-made and foreign films, a wide choice of programs and entertainments.

Sety NN it is first and foremost its own daily news reels — Kstaty (By The Way) and Kstaty-Plus, a weekly event summary, a TV reporter investigation of the week top news on Saturday in Desyatka (A Ten), a bon monde life survey and exotic news in Notchnoy Polyot (Night Flight).

Sety NN produces topic programmes: Supermarket, Avtosalon, Archi-med, Fitness-Club, Programme-Z, a popular TV game - Teleboi (TV Fight), a video channel for children and teenagers — Odin Doma (Alone At Home). Only Sety NN gives an access to Skutchnoye Show (Dull Show). Sety NN TV Station is the exclusive distributor of MTV Russia and PLAYBOY.

Sety NN TV Station is one the founders of a newly-born and the most promising inter-republican TV network — IBS. The Independent Broadcasting System (IBS) is already covering over 120 towns on Russia and the near abroad. The IBS audience is about 100m viewers.

The Sety NN commercial service offers production and distribution of any type of TV ads on the air of Sety NN, NBS, NTV or in any TV company in Russia and in the near abroad.
