The Closed Joint Stock Company “AKS-Invest” is an engineering company. Being the developer of a number of programs of the creation of new kinds of high-speed vehicles, it provides all their life cycle, including sales of finished products and its service. The highly qualified specialists, who took part in the creation of ekranoplans, as well as passenger hydrofoil vessels and amphibious platforms, are the foundation of the company. The company has the Russian Federation Aviation Register certificate and the Russian Federation River Register Certificate of the right to design and develop the units, the basis of which is “non road transport”, namely, amphibious cross-country vehicles and aircraft, using air-cushion for reaching the high operational and ecological characteristics, as well as the hydrofoil power-boat.

The company carries out its conversion programs in close cooperation with the Nizhny Novgorod Aircraft building Factory “Open joint stock Company Sokol”, that started the serial production in 1996 of the cruising sea-going hydrofoil power-boats of the same name. The large-scale output of the small air-cushion-vehicles “ÑÂÏ-500” is under preparation, the vessels being ecologically friendly for the North and many other regions of Russia

The company has on its credit side the conversion programs of creating a new generation of hydrofoil vessels and patterns its behaviour on ship-building yards of the city and its region. The knowledge of the hydro-foil vessels world market, as well as the technical aspect of their application permit the company to carry out the sales operations of these vessels, as well as the ones of delivery of them to buyers and completing them with spare parts and assemblies.
