The factory was founded in 1943. Over 50 years the firm produced metalwork for Gorky, Ulyanovsk, Yaroslavl automobile plants, for AvtoVAZ, Lipetzk and Vladimir tractor factories, chemical plants in Voskresensk, Novomoskovsk, Sterlitamak, Apatiti, Tcheropovez and Nizhnytagil metal works, for social and public utility installations in Nizhny Novgorod and Kirov provinces, in republics of Tataria, Mordovia, Marii-El. In 1995 the factory was honoured with a certificate of the Leader of The Russian Economy.
