AOOT Orbita Nizhny Novgorod Plant is over 45 years involved in development and production of fixed non-wire-wound resistors. The firm has modern production facilities and testing equipment to provide real conditions of resistor operation under impact of various external factors. At the moment AOOT Orbita is the only enterprise in the former Soviet Union to produce a full spectrum of fixed wire-wound resistors: general purpose, surface mounted, precise, high frequency, special purpose, protection, starting, resistance absorbers for coaxial transmission lines, resistance absorbers for HF signals. Range of resistance is from fractions of Ohm to dozens of MOhm. Nominal power dissipation — from 0.062 to 50W.

In addition to the main products AOOT Orbita manufactures consumer goods in three basic areas:
— ceramic products: chandeliers, wall lamps, candelabras, gift glasses, goblets, coffee sets, vases;
— radio-electronic products: Orbita three-channel wireless sets, Electronica-205 three-channel wireless sets with a clock, alarm clock, timer, FM six-channel radio sets with a clock and without, small-size FM radio sets for two frequency bands of Electronica RP-301, BEN-02 electronic alarm clocks.
— Musson electric heaters and Sukhovey heating fans.
