The institute has solid experience in design development of houses of various levels of living comfort and flooring as well as buildings of any purpose based on a wide range of engineering constructions, materials and modern building equipment.

The designs developed by the institute was used to build the following city neighbourhoods: Soozgorod, Mesherskoye Ozero, Verkhiniye Petchery, Kuztetchikha and others as well as separate buildings: an administration building in Kremlin, the Internal Affairs Administration (UVD) in Gorky Square, Zentralnaya and Oktaybrskaya hotels, the Puppy Theatre, hospital centre in Vanyeva St. and others.

The institute is developing the general layout of Nizhny Novgorod and its ecology scheme.

NizhegorodgrazhdanNIIproyekt with its advanced technical facilities, highly qualified personnel, adequate information base offers the customers to develop:
— general layout of towns and settlements;
— design of living areas, houses, hospitals, shops, cultural and sport centres and engineering infrastructure.

It carries out:
— information services and engineering support of investment projects at all stages;
— design development with SAPR on computering base.
