The firm saw its beginning in 1952. At that time it was known under the name of Trust 5 Neftezavodstroy. Founded in 1952 for the construction project of Novo-Gorkovsky oil refinery, Trust 5 Neftezavodstroy successfully completed the given task. The company built one of the biggest oil refinery in Europe located in Kstovo, which is known now as AO NORSI, Kstovo, together with this town for 80 000 residents with adequate infrastructure. Over 45 years of its creative activity the company employees made a significant input in construction projects in Nizhny Novgorod and in other towns of the province. The company built: the province Semashko clinic for 1 518 beds, 5 compressor stations at CS-25 Potchinky located on the transit gas pipe line, the Liskovo electromechanical plant, a number of other objects located in the Gorky auto plant.
From 1989 to 1991 following the earthquake in Armenia, the trust was involved in restoration of Lininakan.
AO TREST NEFTEZAVODSTROY ( licence NND No 000756 to carry out general contractor engineering activities ) built and completed in Kstovo the exterior and interior finishing of the Administration building, the Tax Inspection building located in prospekt Rachkova, the sambo school with a hotel in Bezvodnoye, school No 8 in the 7th micro-district, a cottage and an office in Zeleny Gorod. Now it is involved in the construction the World Sambo Academy.
The joint-stock company includes 8 general engineering and specialised divisions and an auxiliary plant which has concrete mixing, mortar, asphalt production factories, work shops for production of ferro-concrete elements.
