TOO Nizhegorodspezstroy is set up in 1992 following the re-organisation of Spezgidrostroy installation administration 4 trust 12.

The main area of operation - design development and construction of exterior water supply lines, sewage systems, heat supply systems and drainage. The work is carried out under all hydro and geologic conditions with a provision if required of well water supply, needle filters and ejector units. Water obstacles are crossed by tunnels. All pipe lines are completed with a full range of facilities, including well installation, flumes, headings, shut-off valves. The pipes used include steel, cast iron, ferro-concrete , ceramic, plastic of 50 - 3 500 mm diameter. The company carries out installation of pump stations and insulation.

In addition, TOO Nizhegorodspezstroy is able to provide:
— installation of garages and industrial buildings;
— rental of excavation, load lifting and other engineering equipment;
— haulage of building materials and other loads, including heavy and high dimension loads up to 80 tonnes, using own equipment;
— concrete placement by a Wartington concrete pump to building structures, vibrator pile driving and excavation.
