The firm is located in the south-eastern part of the Nizhny Novgorod province 180 km from Nizhny Novgorod in Viksa, which has a railway link via the Navashino station. The town is crossed by a federal motor way - Nizhny Novgorod - Ryazan. The company includes: a timber production shop, a lower warehouse with a timber processing shop, a narrow truck railway for timber transportation, a repair and construction division.
