Dmitry Medvedev has recently held a government meeting which was devoted to budget and subsidization of the governmental programs in different branches in 2017 all over Russian Federation. According to his words the level of economy increase will be up to 2% in 2015 while in 2017 it will be by 3%.

Prime minister also mentioned that social and economic development of the country might be slower in 2014. This will lead to a decrease of growth rate of economic development. At the same time he is also sure that growth rate will increase up to 2% by 2015 and in 2017 it may reach the rate of 3%. Despite the fact, that federal budget is considered in accordance with current economic situation, it may also be changed.

Medvedev said that current variant of the federal budget assumes overall decrease in economic development as well as slow growth rate even taking into consideration that dynamics of main markers development is better than it was predicted. At the same time government needs to foresee all possible variants and reserve funds will be more than enough in order to cover all expenses.
