On the 3rd of July special press conference has taken place. Anatoliy Migunov answered questions regarding Ukrainian refugees who are about to leave their native cities for Nizhniy Novgorod. According to his statement more than 700 people from Southern-East regions of Ukraine ask for permission to move to Russian city. Minister of internal and regional politics also mentioned that all requests were made during a ban on all military actions on the territory of the country.

At the moment government is trying to do its best in order to provide these refugees with force migrant status. Oleg Kondrashev paid attention to the fact that in the middle of June the number of Ukrainians from Eastern parts of the country asking for shelter and security in Nizhniy Novgorod region has increased.

Local authorities are trying to provide refugees with all necessary support and help. They cooperate in completing all necessary documental formalities which allow people from Ukraine stay on the territory of Russian Federation. At the same time Ministry of Social Politics has already opened banking account to collect funds in favor of Ukrainian refugees.
